The foundation of Bridgeman's Ice Cream Shoppe® program is the operational support that we provide to our locations. From the initial employee training to the regular shoppe visits by our field representative, the program is designed to keep your business profitable.
First
of all, you will be given our comprehensive Bridgeman's Ice Cream Shoppe®
Operating Manual. This manual includes a thorough training section,
complete menu information, recipes, product specifications, and general
information. Next is the intensive on the job training experience including
ice cream treat preparation, merchandising techniques, marketing, ordering,
and business procedures. Then your shoppe will open and the fun will begin!
Even with this effective training questions will still arise. A Bridgeman's representative will perform regular personal visits to consult with you on operational issues and to offer advice. If you have a question that needs immediate attention the home office is just a phone call or email away.
Most importantly,
communication is the key to any successful business relationship. You
will
be constantly up-dated of any changes or opportunities by memo, fax,
or email. In addition, you will receive quarterly newsletters to keep
you informed on new management tips, research and development, and important
events occurring throughout our organization.

Bridgeman's Ice Cream Shoppes® marketing and promotional programs are designed to support you in successfully promoting ice cream and ice cream treats. The result is increased customer traffic in your business, which produces higher sales and profits. An assortment of attractive point of purchase materials as well as newspaper slicks, radio spots, direct mail coupons, and frequency cards are available for you to use.
