The foundation of your ice cream shoppe will be built upon the complete training that we are willing to provide. From the initial employee training, to visits from a field representative, our program is designed to keep your business profitable.
To begin with, we will provide you with our comprehensive ice cream shop-operations manual. This manual includes a thorough training section, complete menu information, recipes, product specifications, and other general information. Also, we will provide an “on the job” training experience, which will include treat preparation, merchandising techniques, marketing, ordering, and business procedures.
Even with this effective training questions may still arise. At your request, a Bridgeman’s representative will perform additional visits to consult with you on any operational issues and to offer
advice. If you should have a question that needs immediate attention the home office is just a phone call or email away.
Most importantly, communication is essential to any successful business relationship. You will be up-dated of any changes or opportunities by memo, fax, or email. In addition, you will receive periodic newsletters to keep you informed on any new products or information.
