The La La is Back Debuting at the MN State Fair!

In honor of celebrating our 80 year anniversary, Bridgeman's is excited to announce we are bringing back our historical La La Palooza Sundae to share with your family (or try to eat yourself) at the 2016 MN State Fair!  William Bridgeman, who co-invented the gut-busting La La Palooza Sundae for his family owned ice cream parlor said that big desserts were popular in 1956.  This colossal sundae traditionally included 8 scoops of ice cream covered in toppings and customers who could eat a whole one got a button that said: "I ate a La La Palooza". Our State Fair version includes eight scoops of ice cream (two each of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and butter brittle) covered with caramel, pineapple and strawberry toppings, plus nuts, cherries, sliced banana and whipped cream, all served in Bridgeman’s signature souvenir goblet you can take home. Everyone who tries it will also get to take home buttons as well just like in the good ol' days! Stop by Bridgeman's Ice Cream at the northeast corner of Judson Avenue and Liggett Street to try it out!  We are so excited to bring back this giant retro sundae to our fans to fall in love with all over again.
