It might be a mouthful, but that's ok when they are delicious! Alice Seuffert, author of the blog "Dining with Alice" has created a fun spin on the traditional Chocolate Crinkle Cookie! Watch the video to see all the "Riesen's" why they are so good! She has paired them with Bridgeman's Caramelicious and it turns out it might be Elizabeth Ries' new favorite flavor!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Crinkle Surprise Cookies

½ cup Land O’Lakes Butter (salted, softened)
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup White Sugar
½ cup Sweetened Cocoa (Nesquick)
2 tsp Vanilla
½ cup Peanut Butter
1 ¾ cup Flour
¾ tsp Baking Soda
27 Riesen Chocolates
¼ cup Nesquick to roll cookies
Powdered Sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 375.
In a stand mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and cocoa. Mix until creamy and then add vanilla and peanut butter. Once combined add the egg.
In a bowl combine flour and baking soda and gradually add to peanut butter mixture. Scoop dough into balls and roll around Risen chocolates. In a small bowl, add ¼ cup Nesquick and roll each ball in the cocoa.
Bake for 10 minutes.
When cookies come out of the oven, gently press down each cookie for a crinkle appearance. Dust with powdered sugar. Let cookies rest for a few minutes before removing from the cookie sheet.
