Yule Log Ice Cream Roll

For years, Bridgeman's was famous for their holiday ice cream rolls. Whether you enjoyed a turkey roll at Thanksgiving or a Tree Roll at Christmas, this special treat was a holiday favorite for many years. Unfortunately, due to changes in manufacturing, we were forced to discontinue these iconic treats in 2015. A decade later, we still receive annual phone calls asking if we are making our 'Tree Roll' again. We have put a lot of time and thought into figuring out how we could bring back this much beloved treat. While we aren't able to make our ice cream rolls with the shape in the center like we used to, we did come up with a new hand crafted favorite - our Yule Log Ice Cream Roll! Lauching Decemember 2025, we hope our fans will find our new ice cream roll as an acceptable substitute. 

Choose between our Peppermint Krisp, Raspberry Fudge Torte or Mackinac Island Fudge coated in chocolate bark and whipped cream.
